(a) Refund Policy and Process.

Viaa Konnect has a Refund Policy in respect of all event listed on the platform, wherein consumer may cancel their enrollment and obtain a refund.

(subject to deduction of Promotional Discounts/Cashbacks, taxes, administrative charges etc.)

To initiate a Refund, the customer can contact us at contact@viaakonnect.com.

For a request of refund received 7 days before the starting time of the event, the Consumer will get full refund.

For a request of refund received 3 days before the starting time of the event, the Consumer will get 50% refund.

No refund shall be processed in case the request for refund is received with less than 3 days to go for the event.

Refund Policy is available only to users within India. Under normal situations, the refund shall be processed within 15 working days.

Tickets purchased on Viaa Konnect are subject to a per ticket non-refundable internet handling fee and a non-refundable per order processing fee.

Viaa Konnect may, at its sole discretion, reject requests for availing Refunds from users requesting serial or repeated refunds, or Users who have violated or are suspected of violation of the Terms of Use, Disclaimer Policy or any other terms and conditions of use of the Website. This Refund Policy is a part of and incorporated within, the Terms of Use. As a condition of registering with viaa konnect.in and using the services offered through this Website, you expressly acknowledge that you have read and understood this Refund Policy and you agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. If at any time you disagree with this Refund Policy or any part of it, your sole remedy is to cease use of all Viaa Konnect services and terminate your account. However, any transactions occurring prior to the date of such termination shall be governed and controlled in full by the terms of this Refund Policy.

(b) If you are a Consumer, you acknowledge that should you receive a refund for your ticket, you will discard any ticket that we or any Organizer has delivered, and will not use it (or any copy of it) to attend the event. Violation of the foregoing constitutes fraud. You acknowledge that the applicable procedure to check the validity of the ticket must always be followed. Viaa Konnect will not be held liable under any circumstances for any costs arisen from non-compliance by Organizers with applicable procedures that must be implemented by Organizers to check validity of tickets. Viaa Konnect will not be held liable under any circumstances for costs and/or damage associated with tickets arisen from situations with fraud and/or for damage associated with the purchase of the ticket through non-official means, such as third parties.

(c) If you are an Organizer, you acknowledge that the applicable procedure to check the validity of the ticket must always be followed. Viaa Konnect will not be held liable under any circumstances for any costs arisen from non-compliance by Organizers with applicable procedures that must be implemented by Organizers to check validity of tickets. Viaa Konnect will not be held liable under any circumstances for costs and/or damage associated with tickets arisen from situations with fraud and/or for damage associated with the purchase of the ticket through non-official means, such as third parties.
